Dynamic charting

I face more or less the same problem. Creating a dynamic
XY chart, where the number of rows will vary.

After I have create the chart with the "DataRange" the
number of rows seems to be fixed.

For me is not clear how to define the range
object "Target", maybe this is the cause of the problem.

The steps I have implemented are:
1) Creating the dynamic data range
2) Create the VB code in the View Code of chart tab
