dynamic choose schema.xml

what i want to do is to find a way to chose the schema.xml to use when
creating a subweb in order to have several templates, because i am using
Team Services whith Microsoft Project and i wanyt to create the issues lists
acording to de type of project thar i´am creating.

I am not aware of anyway (without some serious vb stuff)
of interupting the save process to determine the value of
the custom field you have, copying a reference schema onto
the runtime schema, then continuing the save process
(which then triggers the subweb creation).

Although is seems a little clumsy, perhaps write a little
app that allows PM's to choose the required schema, app
then copies correct schema. Pm then saves new project.

If need be the app could have a little locking routine in
it, which the pm could release after the save was complete.
