Dynamic Connector Name changes to Sheet when copy

When I copy a Dynamic Connector sometimes its "Name" is changed to Sheet.

I have an app that always expects the "Name" to be Dynamic Connector.

How can I keep the dynamic connector name stay the same?

Where are you using the name? Is this the name of a master or a shape
instance? Generally, you should not refer to shapes by name but by
UniqueID.

I export some of the data to an application which uses the name of the the
Shape.
I beleive it is a shape instance.

I get arround the problem by coppy the shape until I eventually get a
dynamic connection and then delete the sheet connections.
