Dynamic Connectors in Org Charts

I'm putting together an org chart which has a shared resource between two
managers.

When I use the Dynam Conn the first time, no problem....but when I try to
connect to the other manager Visio removes the first link - is there any way
of haveing two dynamic connectors to the same resource ?

I believe you have to use the dotted line report shape from the Org Chart
stencil.

This is by design. When you draw a new connection between a subordinate and
a new manager we assume that you are, in fact, changing the reporting
relationship and we fix up the connections.

As Mark stated in another reply, there is a dotted line reporting connector
in Visio 2003 that will allow you to show multiple managers for a
subordinate.
