Dynamic Data from Excel spreadsheet

I would like to populate fields in webpage designed with
Publisher 2003 with data from either an Excel file
(preferably) or a text file. Can anyone help?

Publisher only builds static pages. What you are asking for requires
programming. You'd want to look at ASP.Net for example.
