Dynamic Lists

Kevin

I am looking at attempting application development with Outlook on a
new project. The project is farily simple -- basically a list of
Investors with various properties for the investors.

One of the feature I need is the ability to sign the Investor up for a
subscription to some of our documentation as well as how the investor
would like to receive the documentation (i.e. email, fax, mail).

1. Can anyone tell me if there is anything like this already available?

2. Since the subscriptions are dynamic, I would need to provide the
end users with the ability to maintain the list of available documents.
When the user is setting up a new investor, I need to provide some type
of list where the user can select all of the documents that the
investor will subscribe to. How can I build this dynamic list?

An example of what the subscription form might look like is as follows:

Documents Mail Email Fax
------------ ---- ----- ----
Annual Report X
Quarterly Report X X

- As I stated, the list of documents is dynamic. In addition,
documents may only be available via select delivery mechanisms. For
example, the annual financial report is only available via mail so I
would have to have a way to stop the user from selecting Email and Fax
for that document.

Any suggestions and tips for how a new Outlook developer may go about
developing this application would be greatly appreciated. I am an
experienced developer so I only need to be pointed in the right
direction.

Thanks,
Kevin
