dynamic setting of data ranges

I have a set of data, 1 x range and four y ranges, the data is end of week
totals,
i only want to see the last 13 weeks of data on a graph, how can i
dynamically set the data input ranges for each graph so that they only plot
the last 13 data points?????

the macro function doesnt seem to like relative references for the chart
data sections
