Does anybody knows how to implement a really dynamic task in MS
Project in the same sense it is implemented in Primavera? I mean, a
dynamic task is one that has at least one (1) real dynamic link as its
start or finish (or both).
A real dynamic link is one that automatically changes the duration AND
workload of a task when there are changes in the task date(s) of the
activity it is linked to. So, when a task is dynamically linked its
duration and work will automatically expand or retract according to
the changes occurred in its links.
This feature is extremely useful in effort-driven activities like
management, periodic meetings, reports, etc.
Thank you,
