Dynamic web pages vith visio diagrams

Hi, I would like to create an application that dinamically shows a visio
drawing; I would like to know what tools are more suitable to do this: I
suppose I need to put an ASP page on a web server (IIS?), using a VBscript
that open the visio file, export it in html format and put the created html
in the asp page. Is it correct?
