Dynamically Replace Value in Database Results Region in FP2003

I've used the Database Results Wizard in FP2003 to create a table. One
field contains HTML such as:

<a
href="http://www.tkqlhce.com/i2108zw41w3JLQSNMOOJLQMTSMN?sid=MemberNumber"
target="_blank" ></a>

I'd like to be able to replace the MemberNumber with a unique value
that is transmitted to the new page. I'm certainly a novice at this
and would appreciate any help you could offer.
