Dynamically resize forms

How do I resize form width dynamically to suit different screen resolutions?

This is for InfoPath 2007 and particularly relates to browser forms (thick
client also though).

InfoPath is not really set up to do resizing very well. You might be able to
pull it off, but it will probably be more work than it's worth. You'll
notice that layout tables do not give you a % option for column widths. You
can likely manaully update the view XSL file to change this, but I cannot
say what pains this might put you through in the long run.
