DZVAddin.dll

I have recently started getting the following error message when I open or
close MS Word. In a box titled Microsoft Visual Basic a message appears that
reads Flie not found DZVAddin.dll. This problem continued when I upgraded
from Word 2002 to the version in Office Professional 2003. I tried
reinstalling Office Professional and it could not correct the problem. I
tried to reinstall my XP Home from the disk that came with my Dell, but it
was not allowed because the message said I had a newer version of XP
installed. Was that because I upgraded to Service Pack 2.

So at this point I am not sure what to do. Any ideas out there?

Delete the dvzaddin.dot file from your Word or Office startup folder.

Some other program (possibly with initials DZV) added this file to Word's
registry during an installation. You need to uninstall that program.
