E-commerce web host guideline question

After several trys to get my 3rd party shopping cart to work with FP on a
Yahoo hosted site, Yahoo finally told me that they will not allow 3rd party
shopping carts.

Can anyone give me some guidelines on what to look for in a new host who
does allow 3rd party carts ?

You have to find a host that support the script and database used by your 3rd party shopping cart
application.
