E-global cannot overwrite local views and tables

Hello Experts,

my company uses project server 2003 and we have a bunch of schedules posted
on the server. I'm not sure what's causing the following

when I open certain files from the server, i get messages like this "There
is a view named &Gantt Chat is this project which cannot be overwritten.
Press Ok to rename or Cancel", if press Ok and rename it I get another
message saying "The enterprise global already contains a filter named
"Enterprise Resources" and it gives me Replace, Replace All, Rename, or
Canel. if I hit Replace All then I get a third messge about the &Entry table
similar to the first message. I'm not sure how resolve this issue. How do I
eliminate these messages all my files, do I change something on the E-global

This problem is caused by the Project Server administrator "polluting" the
Enterprise Global file with non-enterprise objects, such as Views, Tables,
Filters, Groups, etc. Refer to the following FAQ:
