E-mail - Account name wrong

I use Outlook 2003. I have 4 mail accounts. Each of them having a different
name such as [Baha, letters, info, e-store] For some reason in the dialog
box they all appear using the same NAME as mail server code.
[mail.integrity-plus.com] . This is also the name that appears in the send
and receive dialoged box.

This makes it hard for me build rules or make changes such as settign the
defult account. I tried to delete the accounts and recreate them but the
problem continues.

Any idea of how I can fix this problem.

For me, the names that show in the Send/Receive status window are always the
values shown in the main pane of Tools>E-mail Accounts>Next.
