E-mail account not showing up in "All Mail Folders"

I upgraded from Outlook 2002 to 2003 on Win XP home. I can't get my
Comcast POP3 account to appear in the list of Mail Folders.

My last test was to delete all email accounts, restart Outlook, and
create the account for Comcast again. It confirmed that the settings
were correct. I am also running Eudora, which received the test
message that Outlook sent.

But the Comcast account is not appearing in the list of All Email
Accounts." There is only one Personal Folders.

Before I deleted everything, I had a IMAP account to my work email
working and it appeared in the All Email Accounts, but not the Comcast
POP account.

What to do. Thanks in advance.
