e-mail address

When I send an e-mail to my sister in Pakisrtan, she does not receive it, nor
do I get it back as "fatal error", by either tying it in the to space in the
e-mail or by using the address book. I have re-verified that the the two
addresses are exactly the same, and are also what the correct address should
be. Only when I use the reply button to an e-mail that she sends, does it go
through to her.
If you have experienced this sometimes, what did you do to fix it?
