E-mail addresses in newsgroup postings

I'm using Entourage 2004 as my newsgroup reader for the time being. How do
I edit my settings so that my real e-mail address doesn't appear in the from
field (I'm trying to avoid the spambots that harvest e-mail addresses from
newsgroup postings)?

Thanks for pointing in me the right direction. I have used that site, which
is very useful, but didn't remember a tip on that subject, and should have
checked.
