e-mail addresses in To Box

When I start typing a name in the To Box of a new e-mail I
get a drop-down box which displays all the names in my
address books. Some of the names displayed are actual
names and some are e-mail addresses. Is there some way to
change this so that instead of displaying the actual names
it displays the e-mail address?
