E-mail Adressed to many only received by some

I have a Groupwise 6.5 server, and using outlook 2003 frontend.

When sending to a domain running Lotus Domino 6.5.4 some people on the
list(all in the same domain) get the mail, but one specific person
doesnt.

There are no delivery failures sent to me.

Yes I have. On the Lotus Notes client there is no rule that pertains
to the recipient.

After some investigation yesterday, I founf that if replying to an
e-mail sent by the domino client it works, but if I create new messages
it does not send.

????
