E-mail body isn't displaying in Outlook 2003

I am having a problem with one of my bosses computers where some email
message bodies aren't displaying. I've tried changing the setting to display
messages in text format to see if that would help, but they still didn't
appear. These emails were back in Jul/Aug, not sure if that would make a
difference. We're on an Exchange server, with the cached mode unchecked. I am
however able to view more recent messages. Anyt ideas what the problem may
be???

Hi Fred,

please check if he use the actual service packs of Outlook 2003.

I remember a bug in Outlook 2003 without Service Packs, that shows this
behavior.

If he use Outlook 2003 without Service Packs, please update his Outlook.
