E-mail button?

Hello all. I have a word doc with fields which my co-
workers will fill out. Is there a way to add a button
were once they are finished filling out the form it can
be e-mailed? I am using Outlook for e-mail. Thanks in
advance.

Hi again. I found a way to do this with the routing slip
function but I would like to know other means as well.
