e-mail collaboration problem

I have been using the e-mail collaboration feature of Project Std 2002 for
several months. For some reason I can't send a "Request Progress
Information" or "Publish New and Changed Assignments" e-mails to one of my
resources. This is not a new resource, and I have been sending these
e-mails to it for several weeks. I can successfully send these e-mails to
all of my other resources. Any ideas.
