E-mail Config on Switchboard

Very new to access so please bare with me. I have an e-
mail hyperlink on the switchboard for my data base. I
would like that hyperlink to open up the users default e-
mail client. Is there a way to do that, and if so How?

I don't think you should have to do anything special to make that work. What
have you put in the Hyperlink Address property? I just created a hyperlink
on a form, put mailto: in the Hyperlink Address property, and it opened my
default mail client.
