E-mail data cut off?

Hi All,

I have a routine running on a form that automatically e-
mails data. My problem is that I have a couple of fields
set to memo and these are cut off after about 250
characters when mailed. I have tried creating a report and
mailing that and mailing it as a spreadsheet. Both do the
same thing. I need the extra space in the fields.

Can anyone help or tell me what the problem is?
