e-mail dates

When e-mails are generated via Outlook, is the date and time always indicated
as part of the part of the e-mail headings?

As far as I know, yes...I can't think of a reason they wouldn't be. Of
course, the servers in between sender and recipient will put their own time
stamps on the messages as well.
