E-Mail Delivery Notification

I recently switched from MS Outlook 2003 on a Thinkpad to Entourage 2008 on a MacBook. I was easily able to set an option on Outlook 2003 so that I would know if an e-mail I sent was read, delivered, received by the intended recipient. So far, I've been unable to find out how to do that for Entourage. This feature was quite helpful to me and I'd like to do the same in Entourage. Any guidance would be appreciated.
