E Mail Delivery

I would like to send a identical mail message to a group of contractors but I
don't want to show the recipient of the message everyone else who is
receiving it. In other words, I would like the receipient to think they are
the only entity receiving a message from me. In the past, I used the BC
function but it has it's limitations. If there is a third party plug-in
available, I would be open to that also. Your help would be appreciated -
