E-mail draft saved, now missing, not in sent or deleted file? Wher

I drafted an e-mail and saved it. Then when I returned to drafts, having sent
some other drafts, this specific e-mail was missing. Have checked outbox,
sent items and deleted mail and it's now there. Any ideas on how I can find
it?
