E-mail duplicate comparison

Rod

First of all, please forgive me if this post is duplicated. For some reason,
I seem unable to receive responses from the Forum, I am unable to search all
of my recent posts (although 100 should be available according to the
instructions) nor am I able it seems, to search for postings I have made.
Anyway, here goes for what may be the second time around.

Word 2007

Hello Gurus:

I have two listings of e-mail addresses. List A has approximately 33,000
entries and List B has approximately 2,000 entries.

If possible, I would like to select each individual email entry in List A
and compare it to the entries in List B in search of a duplicate entry. If
the e-mail entry from List A is found in list B, I would like to delete the
email entry from List B.

If the e-mail entry is NOT found in List B, I would like to proceed to the
subsequent e-mail entry in List A and begin the process all over again.

Any assistance in this regard would be very much appreciated.

Thanking you in advance, I remain…

Very truly yours – Rod

The facility of the Microsoft web forum to send you notifications of answers
has been broken for months with no sign of a fix in sight. The forum itself
has been a bit hit and miss recently, but most of us who contribute don't
use it. Instead we access the server directly -

In any case your question was asked and answered in the Word.DocManagement
forum so you wouldn't find it in here. See
