e-mail enevlope is not working

e-mail envelope in word does not function, i have reloaded and reparied the
program but it sill does not work. how can i fix this

Far more likely to be a corrupt or incompatible printer driver. Make sure
that you have the latest driver for your printer and then delete the printer
and reinstall it.
