E-mail error

I get the following error when sending e-mail using Entourage 2004 to
just this one recipient:

I receive the following error ONLY when sending to this one recipient:

I called both Comcast and Frontier, no help from either.

Does this happen when you reply to this person's email or when you send a
new message?
