E-mail filing

For quite some time, my company has been searching for an automated solution
to filing E-mails and were hoping that Microsoft may have a program which
provides a solution, or brings us one step closer to a solution.
To sum it up our problem, my company receives approximately 300 E-mails with
attachments every day and these E-mails must be filed in the appropriate
folder in the C Drive.
For instance:
An E-mail coming from (e-mail address removed) must be filed to our CompanyA
folder in the C Drive,
while an E-mail coming from (e-mail address removed) must be filed in the
CompanyB folder in the C Drive.

Currently this process is done manually, but we are inquiring to see if any
Microsoft program (or any other program you may be aware of) can
automatically redirect/reroute and store E-mails (with attachments) to a
specified location.

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
Should you have any comments, please do not hesitate to contact me at
(e-mail address removed).

Thanks in advance
