E-mail Folder

Is there a way to e-mail an entire folder to someone from my hard drive? The
folder contains at least 20 files. (Using Outlook 2003)

Email has no such concept as "emailing an entire folder." You'll need to send the individual files. Combining them in a .zip archive might be a good idea.
