E-Mail fonts

My PC had to be restored due to a virus. In setting Office 2003 up again I am
having trouble wiht the fonts for e-mail. The font size in the header of
incoming messages is tiny and I cannot get it to change. I know it's a lot
smaller than before. I am also having trouble adjusting the font sizes in the
preview pane etc., but I think I can figure that one out.

Any help or suggestions are appreciated.

Perhaps the virus and repair did more damage than you have allowed for.
You may have to do a Help, Detect and Repair in the Office application.
At worst a repair install of the operating system might be necessary.

Not likely as he did a "restore" and I don't think he means System
Restore but a reinstall of XP.
