e-mail forms missing body

I am a web developer. Recently, I began receiving complaints from a number
of my clients concerning missing information in the contact forms being
submitted / received via their web sites. I am now experiencing this
phenomena first hand where only the header information appears, with no
message. Can anyone provide me with the cause and solution for this problem?
I am running Windows Xp with MS Outlook 2003 and Trend Micro PC-cillin.

We have no information on what "contact forms" might be generated by your clients' web sites. Maybe you have information you can share?
