E-Mail forms....

I have a ffedback form that I have on my website who's contents gets
e-mailed to me. The problem I am having is I am not too sure where it is I
can establish who it is that e-mail comes from. It is coming from one e-mail
address that I have but I would like to chnage it. Can anyone point me in
the right direction?
