E-Mail Forum Data

Hi,

I created a forum via FrontPage and recently added it to my site. When you
fill-out the information and hit submit, the user is taken to an error page.
Not sure why this is?

I have the form setup so the data is suppose to be sent to my e-mail
address. I set this up via FrontPage.

I assumed that all I had to do is upload the page and everything would work.
Apparently not, any suggestions? The form I built was very simple, a few text
box and some file upload fiels.

Sorry, this should read "Form" and not "Forum"

Does the server have extensions and did you publish using http://
