e-mail from Russia

i am getting e-mail that looks like it comes from Russia (funny looking
letters) i keep adding them to my block senders list however i seem to be
getting more and more fo them lately (200 plus a day) I would like to make a
rule to just delete them but i can not find the letters anywhere to type into
the rule. Can anyone help me with this

blocked senders is useless -they keep changing the address. Assuming
Outlook 2003 or 2007, go to tools, options, junk email and look on the
international tab. Block most of the encoding (not ASCII, western European,
possibly not Latin 3 and 9 and any others that would be used by people you
correspond with in other countries)

Adding them to you Blocked Senders List won't help you as they don't reuse
the email address. The result would be a poorly performing filter. It's
better that you remove those addresses.

Are they sent in a special encoding which you don't use or a certain
top-level domain you never receive messages from? Then you can block these.

If you want to do it by a rule; can you copy and paste the characters?

Thank you Diane - I am using outlook 2003 i went to tools, options, junk mail
but only have 4 tabs - they are a s follows: Options; safe senders; safe
recipients; blocked senders . . . any other suggestions?

Thanks Roady - once in the rules wiz specific words in the subject line -
system will not let me paste anything or let me go out to get anything to
paste. I do not know where to look for the sysbols for these letters to add
them to the rule. Still needing help
