E-mail from Word

Does anyone know why the email option in Word would only send documents as
attachments rather than review. The email option is greyed out on the
toolbar and as I add and remove it, it behaves the same way. I have replaced
the normal.dot and this is still happening. Any ideas????

We found that downloading and installing the most recent Microsoft Resource
Kit and running the orktools.exe resolves this issue.
