E-mail header shows "New message - Arabic (Windows)

Please help me
One POP3 user reports receiving e-mails from a Corporate
user with headers on e-mails as "New message - Arabic
(Windows). The message is readable but why it will show
that header? Do you know how to fix this?
Please help.
