"E-Mail headers don't print" and more

Recently, a fellow employee was showing me that the headers on some (but not
all) of her e-mails were not printing. There seems to be no consistency on
when this occurrs. It happens when she sends e-mails to others (sometimes).

Also, the Print Preview option under file are disabled (greyed out,
sometimes).

We are on Exchange Server 2003 and are using Outlook 2003, with Windows XP
Pro.
