E-Mail Invoice in PDF Format

Dave Elliott

Is there a way to send a Invoice in pdf format without using another program
besides access? Or one that integrates with access? Using Access 2002
service pack 3.

Thanks,

Dave

You will need the full version of Adobe Acrobat or one of the Acrobat clones
in order to create the PDF file. Native Access does not know how to do
this. Access does however know how to create a SNP (Snapshot) which is
conceptually similar to a PDF, except it can only be viewed/printed by
Microsoft's FREE but propriety Snap Viewer program.

The snapshot viewer is available here

You can download free PDF writers which install as
printer drivers. Just downloaded PrimoPDF today and it
looks to be good (http://www.primopdf.com/). It installs
as a printer driver so you can just access it through the
print command.

There is that AdobeAcrobat ActiveX Control thing... but I can't figure
out what it does...
