E mail link problem

In a pre-existing large file I have, I want to make a new column for e mail
address. I typed in an e mail address and it looks fine. But when I click
return, the address turns blue and the size of if the text is huge, maybe
28pt. I can't be sure because I can't get cursor in there. Any ideas on this
appreciated.

Select your hyperlink cell. Choose Format/Style. The style should be
"hyperlink" - if not, choose it from the dropdown.

The font checkbox should be checked with a font and size following it.
Click the Modify button to change the font back to your desired size.

Worked good, although even though selected black, it still shows up purple.
And now I don't see a place to select a color.

Also, any idea why it was at 20pt. When rest document at 10? That ever
happen to you?
