E-mail links in messages do not work using Outlook. Help please

If I receive a message containing a link and I click on that link I get no
response.
I am using Waitrose as my ISP and Microsoft Outlook to organise my mail.

If you're using IE as your browser, try this: open IE and click
Tools>Internet Options>Programs>Reset Web Settings.
