I have made an excel sheet of names and emails. I am trying to add, as a whole list, the email lists into an email list on my gmail. How might I do that?

That's something you'll need to ask gmail support. The process is a matter
of what features Google offers for importing data... There is nothing within
Excel explicitly for "send to gmail address book".
