e-mail macros

Ellen Bay

I am trying to e-mail a macro that is saved to a Word
file. The recipient is able to receive and open the Word
file, but an error message appears when she tries to run
the macro. The message says that the macro project is
disabled. How can she receive, and run the macro that I
create? Thanks for responding!!!

Presumably she has her macro security set to high. Tell her to set it to
medium which will give her a prompt so that she can choose whether to trust
your code or not.

Why not simply post her the code listing and tell her to install it in her
own global template. None of the security systems will get upset at that.
