e-mail mail merge problem

each time I try to mail merge e-mail a pop-up alert says that another program is trying to access Outlook and use it for mailing(duh!). I have to press yes for each recrod in the data base that is being e-mailed. Even after the notice give a time limit for the access, I get stopped for each record.
Any way to stop this security?
