E-mail notification using PWA

Hi,

We use PWA for time reporting - we have activly managed
report periods (10 days) is it possible to set the e-mail
notification that every user that has not submitted it's
timesheets till a special point of time will automatically
get an e-mail sent that reminds him/her to report his
timesheets? -
