E-mail Problem

I am having trouble with me e-mail. When I send to one person several others
in my address book also receive the e-mail even though they were not listed
in either the "Send to" of "Copy" boxes.

Maybe the person you're sending to has rules set up to redirect messages to
other people.

This problem started just a week ago. It involves a number of people who
started receiving these e-mails at once. They are all people that I have had
in my address book for some time. None has indicated that they are having a
similar problem with any other sender.

That doesn't preclude the possibility that there is a rule involved. Have you
looked at the messages in your Sent Items folder to see exactly what was
sent? Using the Resend This Item command might reveal something useful.

I tried doing the resend and received multiple sending errors.

What errors? I wasn't suggesting that you actually resend the message, BTW,
just use resend to get a look at, say, the Bcc field.

The CC field is empty. I don't know how to check the Bcc field. I have also
been having trouble sending from my Distribution Lists. I get an "Internal
Support Error" message.

Whenever you have a vague error like that, it's not a bad idea to run Help |
Detect and Repair and, if that doesn't solve the problem, create a new mail
profile.

How you view Bcc recipients depends on your version of Outlook, which we
don't know yet.

I believe I have isolated the problem to my secretary. Only her e-mail seems
to initiate multiple sends. It occurs both when she sends to me and I send to
her. I found my bcc box and checked several of the affected e-mails. They are
all clear.

What do I check for and what should I do with my secretary's computer?

You should run Help | Detect and Repair, as I suggested earlier. Also, you
should check to see if she has any VBA code running or any add-ins installed.
